Born in mainland China, I completed my BSc in Bioscience (genetics) at Central South University (2021) and MSc in Neuroscience at King’s College London (2022). I worked on ubiquitinated mechanisms in autism for my bachelor thesis research. To pursue investigating more in the nerve system, I moved to London in 2021. After a short study period during the master’s project, I was offered an opportunity as a PhD student in Rico lab (2022). Here, I will focus on the connectivity of interneurons in neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism.
Outside of the lab, I enjoy tasting various cuisine, natural history, and anime.
