After my undergrad in Cellular Biology and Physiology at the University of Brest, I left my native Brittany for Bordeaux. I joined the lab of Laurent Groc at the IINS to study the impact of psychotomimetic molecules, such as NMDAR autoantibodies, onto the dynamics of NMDA receptors. With this strong background in live imaging and glutamatergic synapses, I wanted to get a bigger picture of the brain and to know more about inhibition! I thus joined Beatriz’s lab in 2018 to explore the molecular codes of interneurons connectivity in the cerebral cortex.
But there’s more than science in life! I’m also a food and sport lover... so I spend most of my spare time hanging out with friends, discovering new food places (which is infinite in London!) or running/working out!
