Bio
I obtained my degrees in Psychology and Neurobiology from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. I completed my PhD at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology in Warsaw, studying abnormal high-frequency brain oscillations in NMDA receptor hypofunction models of psychosis-like states. As a postdoctoral researcher in the Marin and Rico Labs, I investigate how specific neuronal populations shape sensory processing and cortical network dynamics to understand the circuit mechanisms driving pathological brain oscillations relevant to psychosis.
